Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airking International Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing quality products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Policy
– You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via call at +918158893480.
– Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from the time of purchase.

 2. Return & Replacement Policy
– We offer a 7-day easy return and replacement policy for defective or incorrect items received.
– To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
– Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please make sure to create a video while unboxing the item as proof.

 3. Refund Policy
– Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
